In the Chinese tradition, that question has a real answer. The 黄历 Huangli almanac has been used for over a thousand years to time decisions that need to last, reading each day through layers of elemental quality, day gods, lunar mansions, and auspicious or inauspicious spirits. When it is read properly against your own chart, it can reveal which days of the month are genuinely supportive for you personally, and which are not.
The problem is that the almanac is difficult to decipher. It was not built for modern life, when most of us are no longer harvesting fields or breaking ground on new houses, and the English-language versions tend to be thin at best.
So I built the offering I wished existed: a personalized monthly timing document that bridges the ancient wisdom of the Chinese almanac with your own BaZi elemental signature, Western astrological transits, and Vedic timing cycles.
The guidance isn't fatalistic prediction. It's more like the weather — you can still go outside in the rain, but you're simply more prepared for the conditions you're walking into.

Key Western transits, lunations, ingresses, retrogrades, and stations, mapped onto your natal chart so you can see exactly which events activate your placements and which pass through more quietly.

September is a Metal month, the Fire Rooster sitting inside the Fire Horse year. Metal is the season's ruling element, and Rooster energy brings focus, discernment, and precision. As autumn begins, you may feel called to decide what is still worth your energy and what you are ready to release.
September 10 & 11
Uranus stations retrograde on the 10th, shifting change from something happening around you to something you can finally sit with. Venus enters Scorpio and Mercury enters Libra the same day, which gives that date an unusual intensity. The Virgo New Moon on the 11th offers a gentle reset, a lovely time to clear a backlog or refine the small systems that make everyday life easier.
September 23 & 26
The Equinox on the 23rd is the month's turning point. Then the Aries Full Moon on the 26th brings something to a head, and because it falls close to the nodal axis, what completes may have been building for far longer than two weeks. Courage and impatience can arrive together, so give yourself a little room before acting.
The almanac
September carries seven Excellent days and six Auspicious ones. But a day that looks wonderful in the general almanac may not suit your chart: each day carries an animal branch, and if it clashes with one of the four in your own, the energy can work against you. Your workbook names those days clearly, so you don't have to work it out on your own.
